No, the blue 1.5 ohm coil is made of nickel and should not be used in wattage mode. That's why I recommended switching coils.

Thanku..why does it keep switching back to wattage? When i set the temp?. And why does it say the w on the coil. Utterly confused. Sorry to keep on

I don't know why it keeps switching back to wattage. Perhaps you could ask in the TC forum.

Recommended watts are listed on the coil because you should still set the max power in TC mode.

Just screwed in prop amd working thx..... so the coil is as i said is it ok for wattage mode then? Thx
