I know where you are coming from. I can be a bit overwhelming at first. I know it was for me.

If you want simple easy to fill you may want to go with an eVod. I bought my first ones from Discount Vapers Kanger Evod Clearomizers last May and am still using them. They have been called clearomizers and Tanks. I just call them a juice delivery device.

Try a few different clearos and/or cartotanks and see what you like. Maybe one or more top coil, one or more bottom and a cartotank or 2.

As far as which battery to get - if you get a Halo battery your tank question is a moot point, they use a more uncommon threading and you would need an adapter or to use pretty much, just their tanks. An eGo battery is the same thing as the Halo battery with common threading and the same performance. So, its really a matter of which one you want - other than threading its the same thing.

It doesn't help that several of the terms are used to mean different things by different people. I would agree, that to start you ought to try a simple clearomizer like an Evod or Smoktech Aro and compare that against something like an Iclear 16 or vivi nova The differences are this. The Evod or Aro are bottom coil, meaning they have a heating coil in the bottom and a small wick that feeds it. The Iclear 16 and Vivi Novas have the coil at the top and longer wicks that pull fluid up to the coils. Both have their pros and cons and really do give a different experience. As for battery I would at the least get a variable volt ego. Vision Spinners or Ego Twist are two options. Then once your set up and going you can either stay with that type of set up as there is not a thing wrong with it or branch out and try a few other set ups. It really depends on you and how much tinkering you want to do.

I love to tinker with hobbies makes it a hobby and thanks for the responses I'll probably go with a vv ego a simple clearomizer to start off as I don't have much money just need to replace my blu as the batteries are terrible and the carts are so expensive(going to reuse them with new fluid) and thanks for the help!
