"pure" nicotine liquid is 1000 MG/ML.
The 100 mg/ml "base" that is used for DIY is only a 10% concentration.
We dilute the 10% (100mg/ml) for final use.

So 18mg/ml IS 1.8% of 1000 mg/ml (100%).

Your mix: 30ml of .6%.

Learn to use the calculator in Izans post please.
Your numbers look good to me but do not trust some
guy on the internet. Use the calculator and know for sure.

Percentages are always out of 100.

DIYers mostly use mg/ml. not percentages.
(usually 100mg/ml. MAXIMUM)
Many new DIY enthusiasts use a lower strength
when starting out.(48-72 mg/ml. or less)
100mg/ml nicotine = 10%
It is a very strong solution.

100% nicotine is deadly and should only be used in labs
with proper ventilation and protective equipment and training.
We are not allowed to talk about using strong nic here on ECF because it is so dangerous. Be careful out there eh? Cheers.

1 drop of pure nicotine on the skin can kill.

So, 18 mg is 1,8 %? 1,8 % of (or compared to) what? -- I know: I know nothing. Smiley.

If I mix 10 ml 18-nic with 20 ml 0-nic vg, I have about 6 mg nicotine strenght/level in my blend?
Yes and yes. You've got the math down girl. No calculator needed for simple mixes when you can do math :D
