So I learned a valuable lesson...over order. I ordered more and it should have been here today but it's not (thanks USPS!). I have literally squeezed every drop out of my last bottle...I slapped on a patch and it's okay I guess, but I am still feeling like climbing up the wall.

I attempted to smoke a regular cigarette but was so nasty I couldn't finish it. Is there some way I could make something until tomorrow? I'm not concerned about nicotine content (have patches here) as much having something in my pv. I looked through the thread about DIY, but there is no point in ordering supplies when I'm expecting a package anytime.

Any ideas?

On a related note, I think everyone should have a big bottle or two for reserve (not to mention a possible ban one day).

With 40% discount using code gv40 you can buy 250 ml from Gourmet Vapor for $48, for instance. At least I think that code still works...

As far as "loving" the flavor or not, not critical, in my view. It is reserve...

Edit: I checked the code, it still works...:D

I'm with you, Doc. I got four 120ml bottles of 48mg nic during Gourmet Vapor's last sale a few weeks back. Talk about a security blanket! Love it. And I got a gallon (yes, a gallon....that's the only way they sold it....at Southern Agriculture of PG just the other day. I already had about 4 bottles of CVS VG. I ordered some flavorings from Vaporrenu that I love...so I'm set. I have lots of juice from various vendors that I've accumulated over the 5 months I've been vaping....but now I can DIY to my heart's content and NEVER run out of juice. I have a couple extra kits around from LF, too.....so bring it on!

I know this won't help you right now but DIY. This really is the pinacle of our hobby and it is SO easy to do. Flavorings are dirt cheap and I have stocked almost 1 liter of 100mg/ml nic juice so I won't be running out of sauce anytime soon. The other bonus is you are really only limited by your imagination on the recipes. Also it cuts your overall costs by about 75%. I am hopeful your package arrives soon and you are vaping away shortly.

I'll give you first hand experience. On extreme emergency, look for a packet of cigarette with tobacco that are less treated. This means they are not blackish in color.

1. Remove all the tobacco into a container.
2. Fill it with water just covering the tobacco.
3. Boil it for few minutes.
4. Filter the juice.
5. Boil it again to remove some water as steam. Let it boil until about 20 or 15 mls is left.
6. Run to the pharmacy and get a small bottle of glycine.
7. You are ready to make your own juice.

A packet of cigarette do not contain much nicotine but enough. Nicotine are extracted differently. Glycine is needed for the smoke effect. Try different ratios but glycine should be more than the juice you have just made.

That code works for any size bottle... shhh... maybe it's a secret, lol.

Good luck with the semi DIY.

No, it's not a secret and is posted in the Gourmet Vapor forum. The GV40 code for 40% discount on anything is good through 12/15.

Bought 500mL of 100mg nicotine liquid today (for $100), plus several sample flavors at Perfumers Apprentice. Will be buying a gallon of PG at Tractor Supply ($25) and some bottles of Humco Glycerin at Walmart ($3 each). I should save about 82% by doing it myself in the 15 months that all of this will last (after I buy about 16oz of flavorings when I decide what to buy), and that's with vaping 6mL per day (compared to the prices at FSUSA without any discount).

Thank you so much guys...I think what I put together last night is better...and as it goes with murphy's law I received an email today telling me my package is out for delivery...so they must have lost it for a few days and then miraculously found it again. No complaints, the experience completely changes what I was going to order next LOL...

Where do you guys find that Humco Glycerin at Walmart? I've searched all over, in the pharmacy, in the food aisles, in the craft section. Nobody there could seem to help me. What aisle is it specifically on?

The only thing I found were the little Lorann 1 dram two packs for $2. They were in the craft section and they only had four flavors, none of which sounded appealing. Peppermint, pina colada, a couple more that were really weird. No apple or strawberry or vanilla or anything like that. Unless they have more in a different section, but I couldn't find them.
