I got my rm2 last night and i couldnt screw the top cap off. I messaged rob about it and waiting for a reply. Has this happened before? Am i just dumb? Sos

I had that happen to a Reomizer. I got a pair of pliers and used a washrag around the connector part to hold it, then with my hand unscrewed the cap. Did not grip too tight with those pliers, just enough to keep it from turning.
I haven't run into this yet . There must be a bur on the threads . If you have a piece of sandpaper you can grab the brass base with the sandpaper for some grip . .
If that doesn't work a pair of pliers will work grab the atty by the brass base being careful to stay away from the threads . If this fails I will be sending you a new atomizer .

Whatever you do, be careful using channel locks on the base! I crushed my rm1 base after months of use cause I tightened it down too tight. My current rm2 on my grand I tightened too much, used channels to get that top off, and marred the base up in doing so.
The damage is minor, but it's there none the less. I know one day I'm gonna destroy this poor thing, hence why I have a rm2 backup that I ordered. Can never have too many backups....

Should have known you would handle this one quick!
For future reference when that happens try putting it in the freezer. Let it get good and cold then only touch the cap with your hands. The cold will make the metal contract and usually loosen up as the cap warms from your body heat.
