Help, RSST is leaking from the top (too much juice condensation) ?

Hi so I picked up and RSST and built my first genesis atomizer ever! Yay :)

Anyways, I'm rocking a SmokTech Magneto, Efest 2000MAH batt at 3.7, 0.85 ohms with 4 wraps on a SS Mesh (400 grade) and 28g kanthal wire. So it vapes pretty great and all but man theres just so much freakin juice condensation going on under the top cap that its driving me mad. juice drips down once I remove the cap, and sometimes even leaks out from the sides when left alone. Any tips on how to fix this?! I mixed my own juice, its uncle junks - betty white and this new brand called "ignite" watermelon that sold in my area. The liquid does seem to be a little on the watery side because thats just how the "ignite" branded juice is. Uncle Junks is kinda thick but not reallly. No idea what the PG/VG ratio on them are because they dont say. I'm thinking its the juice viscosity but I could be wrong. Please let me know if you have any suggestions....Still new to mods and rba's so I'm just trying to learn as much as I can, thanks!

condensation builds up inside any device. the more vapor the device makes, the faster the condensation will build up. if you chain vape then popping off the top cap and taking a look once in a while will give you a feel for when it needs to be cleaned out. if you vape every few hours then just clean it out after your done. i have some rags made of dense fibers not likely to become loose and get stuck in your gear. i use these rags because i try to not waste paper. but a piece of toilet tissue or paper towel will work. just make sure there are no pieces of paper stuck inside before you re-install the cap

Looks like a good vape, maybe your mesh is to thin? I would get it nice and snug, make sure its right over the hole. I would suggest putting ekowool silica or cotton wick on top.

How would I go about this? Kinda dont want to waste material and rebuild it. Do I just slap it on there....or what is the process...

That condensation is just a part of it. My rsst does it with mesh or ceramic. I just don't remove the top cap till refill, and clean up excess juice from o rings the inner top cap. No leaks, but I do have juice from condensation.

I think you have a good build. I have a couple of the RSST's and I get exactly what you do. That tells me that your coil is firing good and the mesh is wicking. The RSST has that high chimney cap on it and hot vapor hitting a cooler temp metal=condensation of uninhaled vapor.
With your o rings there should be no leakage. What I and others do is place a little cotton in the cap, opposite the coil and not blocking the air hole it you don't line up your air hole with the wick. So enjoy it and don't worry.

The RSST has a rather large top chamber that seems to not only affect the vape but also traps vapor inside after a draw. There is a company that sells a reducer to install in the cap to reduce these problems.

RSST-TCI

Wow thank you so much....I was about to sell my RSST cause I am just that frustrated it. Do you think this will affect the thickness of the vapor though? Just wondering
