Pull the entire screw out. You'll notice that it is a screw inside of a screw.
Unscrew and remove the small screw.
Insert the larger one and tighten all the way making sure that the positive post is straight on the build deck.
Reinsert the smaller screw and screw until it's where you need it for contact with your mod.
