Help - Squape N DL

Just got my new Squape NDuro DL rta yesterday. Can't seem to get good flavor from it. I've tried both simple and complex builds.

Anyone have this tank? Would really appreciate some tips, pics, and/or recommendations.

Update: I've found I need to cut the wicks "uncomfortably" short. Almost to the point of not touching the bottom of the deck. Wicks are fully saturated now.

I have a mtl clone of N, and I found out the first build that it needs very loose cotton to work well.
