If a particular juice has an extremely sour taste does it mean it needs to steep longer? I got a bottle of Dreamberries recently and tried it out last night and something is definitely not right.

Might be a little late. In case you're afraid dirt or dust might get in your bottles, an alternative way to "aerate" is to uncap and "burp" the bottles (just squeeze and let the air out a couple of times) and then put the cap back on before storing it in a dark and cool place. Burp the bottles daily for another 3 days and it shall be good to go.

hey thanks. I let the particular juice steep a while longer and it took the edge off a bit.
