I put mine on a lanyard or in my shirt pocket while on the plane and thru security, and use it in the airport bar area...and put my juice, bottles, and T3's, CE4's, chargers, etc and carrying case in my carry on bag....U are not allowed to vape on the plane but can carry it in your shirt or anyplace ya want..

carry on juice is limited to 100 ML total...and put the bottles in a plastic bag and take bag out of carry on and into tray with your shoes etc.. when going through security detectors..

Haven't had any issues at airports in the US. TSA has been briefed.

At Amsterdam and Prague, CZ, they swabbed my batteries, tanks and e-juice; mostly because 'chemists' in those countries have been developing juices which do not contain nicotine and those countries don't want to get blamed for such juices leaving their country.

Just so no one gets confused. Liquids are limited to 100ml per bottle. You can take in your carryon with you are many bottles as fit into your one quart size ziplock bag per person. :)

I also read somewhere if you have ejuice in your tank, make sure you disassemble it and put the tank in the ziplock baggie with the other juices you may be bringing. I'm flying to Oregon in 21 days, and I'll be bringing my rig on my carryon. Also, although it's not acceptable, people have posted they've vaped in the lavatory on the plane with no issues.

I have vaped right in my seat on the plane..did the stealth vape thing and inhaled..was very discreet and nobody even noticed...but it wasn't something I would recommend since its clearly posted NO ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES ALLOWED in every seat brochure....and the TSA people and flight attendant clearly saw the ego battery and tank with liquid on my lanyard but never once even questioned it...but they did rifle through my carry on and gave me hell for not taking the clear zip lock bag out and placing it SEPERATELY into a tray while going thru security checkpoint.....
