What are you planning to 're-build'?

Proper rba sections are much easier than factory coils i.m.o.

just 0.5 ohms ones, i guess. the coolfire iV plus has a resistance meter so can use that to check. but i don't know if that will be accurate anyway. but should be ok.

and yeah sorry, I'll ask in the coil section for help soon.

Again, thanks for your help, guys.

Got the tank. And all I can say is.... Wow.

This new setup is a lot better. But damn! It burns A LOT of liquid. 4ml goes bye bye so fast like in less than 1 hour (30~50 puffs). Yes, literally. The liquid I was using is 90 VG / 10 PG (3mg nic)... at 20~24 watts.

All the more reason to learn how to build coils and eliquid

Edit: For me, I think sub isn't really a good idea for vaping 24/7. So, is it ok to build a 1.5 coil and use lower watt (8~10) on this SUB tank? I'm assuming yes.

Actually, wait. should I get another tank for the "indoor / outside everyday use" purpose, in other words, not sub vaping? Aspire Nautilus mini or Eleaf GS Air M? This way, I can alternate the tanks. If I feel like sub vaping at a certain time, I switch to that subtank.... and vice versa.

I may go with Kanger Subtank.
question: it's my understanding that these tanks and mods are *designed* for sub ohms.
does that mean non-sub ohms coils won't work with them?
or if I want to use 1.5ohms coils, is it ok to use my old tank (aerotank mega) on coolfire iv plus?
It's probably been mentioned, but I'm too tired to read through it all. But the dual coils from the aerotank mega are actually compatible with the subtank series from kangertech. So you can experiment with the different kinds of coils designed for the tank such as the SSOCC coils, the regular square ones, all of which come in 0.2, 0.5 and 1.2 ohm varieties. And if you find you don't like them, or they're sucking up too much juice (you'll notice that juice consumption increases) you can always stick a regular aerotank coil in there and go back to normal.

And if you're as happy with the coolfire 4 plus as I am with my regular cool fire 4, you're gonna love it.

Oh and some advice. Get some cheap juice that you like in a very large quantity before you start messing with the RBA. The flavor is spectacular compared to the stock coils (which are also very very good) and it seems to last longer than a stock coil. The stocks are lucky if they last more than 3 days for me. I haven't tried the newest SSOCC update (they made them bigger with more cotton) yet though. But anyways, if you suck like me, you're going to hemorrhage juice until you get the wicking figured out (I'm still not 100% there after a month, but as i said, I suck. lol)

YES. :)

and
...
...

YES. :)

Your post sums up my vaping existence.

Forget the GS Air, just get the GS tank. We don't really 'have' GS Air here.
