help w RDA

Hi i just bought my first rda and its a nimbus v3. I am trying to set up a dual coil and its not firing. When i set up only one, it fires. then i try to install the second one and it doesnt fire. I been trying for the past 30 mins and i can not get it to fire when two coils are installed. Any tips for a noob?

your resistance may be too low with 2 coils for the mod to fire.

For dual coils the wires have to be the EXACT same length otherwise they will cause a short

Im using a poldiac to fire these. I'll try to build another one with the exact same length and see how it fires.

Coils are same length, one fires, and when i put in the other one, it doesnt fire. whats going on?

What's your coil resistance?

idk bc my zmax doesnt read that low. Im using 30 gauge wire with 4 wraps.

The problem seems to be with the middle post.

Go on YouTube and search nimbus setup vapor labs. There's a guy from vapor labs who made a tutorial on it. That's the one I followed and works every time. I just make sure the coils don't touch the poles and the bottom so it won't cause a short.

i made sure they didnt touch but ill double check. i can build a single coil fine, but double, no way. is it ok for the middle post's wires touch each other or the opposite coils?

It's 3mm Ekowool. I don't think I've seen it locally. I got it from a co-op.

First off, the only thing that should be touching are the leads in the positive post.

Second, get a meter of some sort man. You can only play with fire for so long until you get burnt.
