Hi! new member but old vaper. i've been vaping for like 4 years. I started with an itaste mvp and then an itaste vv 1.0 because i liked that it was sleek and basically the same as the mvp.

once the vv 1.0 broke i wanted another portable vape i could use that was relatively small (i never liked carrying the mvp around). I bought an evic, which i quickly regretted because its so finicky and the software is annoying as all hell.

anyways, i bought a itaste vv 4.0 and loved it. Until about 3 months later when it broke, not charging or turning on at all. Then i bought another since it was cheap, and after a few months it would do nothing except show the red/yellow/green lights while plugged in. FINALLLY, i tried one last time a few months ago and bought another. it was working perfectly and i never dropped it or did anything wrong to it. but low and behold it does not work anymore. it doesnt turn on or vape at all, the led shows nothing except when plugged in to charge when it shows the low battery icon, but doesnt change even when plugged in for hours.

My question is, what is another small sleek vv/vw device that i would be satisfied with similar to the itaste vv4.0? i know people like the vamo and bigger mods but i really want a device that i can carry comfortably in my pocket, that connects to my aerotank 2.0 and that just works and is sturdy. I suppose i'd like it to be able to work with rba and drip atomizers (possibly subohm attys as well, but if there isnt something that covers all requirements basically i just want a nice small vv/vw mod!)

Any help for me? the reason why i've made the "mistake" of buying the itaste vv 4.0 so often is because its so damn cheap. and beacuse i love it so much im not that hesitant to shed 30 bucks to buy one every few months. but if theres a good looking mod that works well and costs less than 100$ but would last longer than this thing, i want it!

TLDR: want a new ecig that is like the itaste vv 4.0 but is more reliable. a small/portable/sleek vape that can work well with an aerotank 2.0 or RBAS

Generally speaking, Innokin products have been pretty reliable across the board. The VV series were built to be pretty fragile, though.

Many will recommend an eLeaf iStick, and it probably fits the size and pocketability requirements. However, you wanted reliability and I've read a return rate as high as 20% for nonfunctional iSticks. Don't call me a nationalist or racist, but China makes products for our disposable society. "We make cheap. You buy cheap. It break, you can buy another." :D

I guess I grew up to expect something more when I buy my tools, and an advanced personal vaporizer is a tool.

I may be biased, but I'm going to recommend a Mini Provari. It's the Maytag washer of the vaping world. It is made in the USA. One year warranty, option to buy a second year at time of purchase. Customer support for life. Made of USA stainless steel bar stock. One of the best processors ever made (made in Illinois). It's rare for a Provari to go down or be broken, and if it does you can always return it to Provape.

Why Provari?

I own two. My standard size is nearly 3 years old and has been in daily use. My daughter has been using my 2 year old Mini Provari for about a year. Never had an issue with either one, and they have NEVER been babied. They fit easily in a front pocket or purse.

The mini uses an AW 18350 IMR 800mAh battery for about 8 hours use. If you require more vape time per battery, a battery extension cap is available to take an AW 18490 IMR 1200 mAh battery for about 12 hours use, and if you want to use an 18650 (all day use) there are extension sleeves for that. You'll also need a box battery charger.

I would take a look at the Ego one. Its about the size of a spinner style battery but does offer the versatility of sub ohm vaping as well. Really not a bad little device for the money.

which ego one? i know there are so many ego style batteries and even look alikes so i just wanna make sure i know which you are referring to. thanks!

One site that has them for sure is westcoast vape supply, type in ego one in the search window, they have several color for sale as well as a stainless version. They are a very solid little device for the money and my local vape shop sells them for $75 for the starter kit, I'm sure they are cheaper online.
Good Luck:D
