Anyone willing to share a recipe that is a really smooth menthol, close to a truepure/menth ice type? Im not a huge fan of mouthwash types so a lot of the menthols out there are just too much! Also anyone know anything about TW patriot range flavors? I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Not sure about those flavors you mentioned, but I use TPA's Menthol liquid and Koolada. About 5-6% is a good start. Like you, I enjoy Menthol, but don't like it too powerful. When I get home this evening, I'm going to do a menthol, koolada and wintergreen mix...should be really good.
1. Use peppermint flavour only, (I use flavourart - liberty flights have this or go direct) and avoid spearmint/eucalyptus flavours- they give the mouthwashey taste.
2. A drop or two of a good vanilla flavouring will also take away the harsh minty bitterness.
3. Sweetener is another thing that will make your menthol vape more enjoyable. I usually start with a tobacco flavour base (something quite strong) and add a couple of drops of sucralose.
4. More glycerine and less PG in your mix - PG dries the mouth out, especially with menthol flavours.
