Help with account facebook connection

Hi

I've done some searches on this, can't seem to find an answer. I made my account a couple days ago through facebook connection. I have looked around my profile and would love a way not to have my facebook name and everything linked with this account(stupid, should have thought about that)

In a hurry, because my only internet is at work before I leave, I am wondering if there's a way i can get this account not associated with my facebook profile anymore, and/or change my username. I made an account yesterday to replace it, but obviously didn't realize it would be detected as a clone account and banned immediately. Is there anything I can do to get this account disconnected from my facebook? Thank you.

that happend to me too last year when I created account; you have to request a name change; can't do it yourself unfortunately.
