User having problems

A user on facebook indicated to me that they are having problems with their ECF profile/account.

Username is: Spike240SX

The name does come up in a member search using the first few letters but cannot access the profile.

The user states:

"I can log in but I can not post, even in the new memebers area since I may still be restricted to there. I can not send priivate messages or even change my profile settings."

I am relaying this info to the mods on his behalf.

They should use this form and contact the forum manager, or Misty, the Supply Admin.

Will need to use the form (Not forum. Eeek!) suggested to sort it out.

Spike240SX applied for Accessories supplier back in May & never completed the process
So he can email me (the same address he did when he applied..)
