Help with battery

I am currently building my first mod using Mamu's guide for a dna build. Thank you to Mamu by the way as this guide has been extremely helpful. I finally recieved all my parts and am stuck on the battery. It is three 1200mah batteries in series for 11.1 volts but I need them in parallel for 3.7 Volts and 36oo mah. I am not sure which wires to user though as the battery I bought has multiple wires and appears to have a circuit board at the top. Here is the battery I used:

Did I order the wrong battery or can I still use this one? thanks for any help

You will need to desolder and break the individual cells apart from that pack then wire back in parallel. Be very careful if you are not sure what you are doing.

There appear to only be tabs coming from the batteries, not wires so I am thinking I will desolder the pack and solder wires to the tabs and a fuse to the wires
