help with bionic vapors please

I think they have a generally good reputation, so it's possible something just got mixed up (any number of things). Have you tried contacting them through the live chat on their site and the system in your account? If for whatever reason your messages are ignored, just cancel and watch your statement so you can have your credit card issue a chargeback if they charged you.

thank you susan , i tried to add new reply to the bionic vapor thread on ECF, i was told i need at-least 5 post before i can do that. let me give that a try again.

Oops! I should have mentioned that.

You will also have to wait until the server updates at :25 past the hour. You should be able to post there (or PM the owner) in another 45 minutes.

I've definitely seen cases where small shops can get themselves over-extended in ridiculous ways when it comes to shipping out an order, especially when they put out an actual good deal to get their name out there. 2+ weeks in those cases aren't unheard of; you're often talking about 1-3 people putting out 100+ orders when they really aren't ramped out for it, and sometimes don't even have the supplies they need.

That said, it's ridiculous if they aren't well-run enough that they realize they need to actually be in reasonable communication with the customer. If you're feeling uncomfortable, you should consider canceling your order; if they are unresponsive to that you should contact your credit card company. Someone can be the nicest person in the world, but if they aren't following customer service 101 there are simply better vendors out there for your money.

well said i could not have said it any better. i will explore the option for reverse charge , never had to do this before. i will ask around with bank to see if its even possible since i used by debit care and not CC.

thanks,i usually get mine from velvet could, was curious try these since read a lot about them on ECF. velvet usually ship next day , and they do respond to emails if needed, never had any problem with them yet. i will give them couple more days before i speak with my bank to see if they can do a reverse transaction.

My order was a bit slower than usual too. No big deal for me as I've had multiple orders from Bionic. But I can see why a first timer would be getting anxious. I'll say this, the juice is worth the wait!

Good luck. If you decide to keep the order, by the time it gets to India it should be heaven from steeping!! Right now in the USA it's the weekend and most of these places shut down. Try in 22 hours, that will put you at 12:00pm noon on Monday their time. As long as it is between 20 hours and 29 hours from now, they should be there.

They're in Florida, and since you're in the future if you google "time in miami florida" it'll let you know what the difference is so you can catch them during normal business hours.
