thank you susan , i tried to add new reply to the bionic vapor thread on ECF, i was told i need at-least 5 post before i can do that. let me give that a try again.
That said, it's ridiculous if they aren't well-run enough that they realize they need to actually be in reasonable communication with the customer. If you're feeling uncomfortable, you should consider canceling your order; if they are unresponsive to that you should contact your credit card company. Someone can be the nicest person in the world, but if they aren't following customer service 101 there are simply better vendors out there for your money.
There should be a live chat during business hours, you will have to wait until monday unfortunately.
And to cancel your order, you can always reverse the charge through your card company.
My order was a bit slower than usual too. No big deal for me as I've had multiple orders from Bionic. But I can see why a first timer would be getting anxious. I'll say this, the juice is worth the wait!
