Help with bottom screw

I put another one on to tight . Its ok if you want to toss me in the dirt I can have that effect on people

Maybe not Rob. I know for a fact that those counter sunk screws you are using will literally weld themselves to aluminum, especially if it's anodized. There is something about the tapered interface that can really cause them to hold on.

Are the screws standard machine screws or stainless?

Even if stainless they aren't that likely to have a galvanic reaction unless juice is left on the two parts. A little antioxidant ie noalox will help prevent it.

I just looked at my screws and 2 are phillips and one is idk what kind it looks funny to me. The one that has the different screw is a Metallic Red Grand.
