Help with buying a sub ohm tank

hi there,

I'm using an aspire Atlantis version 1 at the moment and an aspire cf sub ohm battery...

I've had quite a few wicks spitting a lot and a few not had a problem with...

I'm going to buying a new setup in a couple of days and I'm looking at the smok tfv4...

My question is is this tank better than the Atlantis? And does it spit as much?

Also I really think I should be upgrading the battery to a box mod what would be the best one to buy because I know the quad coils for the smok run at .15ohm I'm really not too fused about variable voltage but to be honest I domt know if I should be using a variable voltage and not running it high all the time...

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

If you're gonna run something that low I would look at a dual battery regulated mod. I don't know if the smok tank is any better though.

Prior to investing a lot of money into a mod and tank, I'd recommend studying some reviews on You Tube. PBusardo has his own YouTube channel and does very thorough/detailed reviews of mods and tanks.

Subtank mini is a pretty decent tank, not much spit back on that unless u hit it like a dragon.

The TFV4 looks pretty decent actually, I have a herakles and an arctic, herakles is far better imo but does spit juice a little.

I have never used one but Ive heard alot of good things about the ver1's herakles.

I love my Atlantis Version 1, and since I stopped using ultra cheap 50/50 and just use cheap 65VG or better I have zero issues with spitting

with the CF-SUBΩ you're vaping it at best, at 25W... any device that is 40 watts or higher will be great with the Atlantis imo. 25-35W

But if you still have your heart set of that SMOK tank, make sure to get a mod that fires at or over 100W, you don't want to be underpowered

the atlantis with cf subohm battery is not some piece of junk so before you run off getting some other setup maybe you just need to try a different juice pg/vg ratio, or lower your wattage

As an upgrade to your atlantis v.1, I like the herakles and the kanger subtank.

Took me a little bit of trial and error to find exactly what I was looking for but can certainly say that I am loving the subtank. Lots of vapour, coils last and flavour of e-liquids comes through really well. Trying to get the right combo of battery/mod, tank and liquid might take a little while but it really is worth it in the end. Hope you get vaping soon!

That's not a bad rig you're using. I think I might try some different juice.
