help with cartamizers please

Yes, but this is not a strong point of cartomizers. You basically have three choices, try to vape it completely emtpy and risk burning the filler, wash it out and dry it or take your chances on a combination of flavors. Washing them out works, but it does take some time and effort to get them dry.

I mix e-juice all the time in Cartomizers.

I might put a few drops of Pineapple on top of Cinna-Bomb. Or I might put Green Apple on top of Caramel. Just don't over due it otherwise the taste will start to turn weird.

Another way to empty a carto is the Reverse Taryn Spin. Won't get it completely dry and might still need washing, but you can save some old liquid that way.
