Hi guys, I am using the variable volt battery

currently i am using echo cartomizer but i've burnt 2 in a row.
the first for not recognizing that it went dry and the second for not waiting long enough for the new cart to soak before i vape.
1) i am looking at clearomizers at the moment and i'm wondering if the CE2 clearomizer and CE2 XL clearomizer will fit my battery. do i need the 510/ego - ego/510 adaptor to change to a clearomizer?
2) also, can you provide me with a link to get a suitable mouthpiece for the clearomizers please?
3) may i then ask if clearomizers ever burn? what if the liquid is only quarterway - will the exposed wick on top burn?
