Ya don't want a dual coil with the kinds of batteries you're running right now GeekyGirl...

Dual coils are nice if you have lots of power behind them (at least 3.7v regulated on something with a high amp switch and high drain batteries)...but for stock small battery set-ups, there's tons of cartos out there that cost less, won't suck your battery and juice supply down to nothing in a dozen hits, and perform just as well for less money.

Sure...they'll wimper and work on an eGo battery...but a regular LR carto or a CE2 will SHINE on an eGo.

I've never got any burnt tire taste from a CE2. Not even close with stock batteries. NEVER!

I have been able to use CE2 cartos for WEEKS with no problems.

He doesn't like the CE2 fine...but it is FAR FROM A FAILURE.

Absolutely detest failomizers. The farther away I get from random burnt tire tastig hits. . . The happier I become. Ego t tanks sacrificed to much flavor and durability to justify buying anymore after the first one died in 3 days. Check into the dual coils made by smoktech, everyone is stocking them now.

I am kinda noob still, but all the dual coils I have seen have the cart covered where the E-liquid goes. Can't you burn them like I do with the 808 carts when the E-liquid level goes down?

GeekyGirl I want to say Welcome to ECF saw your GA posted thread but I can not post in new member threads...

Danno and Chris let me post here :D So happy I love my GV family. Good folks and great products too.
Glad to have another geek around.. I can't top anything said here. Just reiterate, you want high mAh batts and these ce2's are a must less hassle carto. Oh and if you order from GV get the gummy bear juice OMG yum..... hope to see you at the next Lawrenceville meet:D

You're not likely to ever burn anything about a SmokTech Dualie...
You'll know it when the juice gets low...it just won't taste as good...
They run pretty cool actually, and on an eGo battery...pretty wimpy in my opinion...the perk is, there are two coils in them...so it's kind of like vaping two PVs at once in terms of vapor production.

Now...on the kind of hardware Stownz uses..YES..they are possibly the BEST CARTO on the market, and worth every penny.
Again...it's a preference thing. You CAN crank lots of power into them and not get the slightest hint of burning.

The key is...it is 'different' from a CE2....
Different kind of flavor, different kind of hit, different kind of lifespan, different way of filling...

I have both and use both...
Like both...and CE2 is still my fave for the majority of the liquids I have right now.

I know a few people who use the CE2's and love them, but I am willing to hear other people's opinions; which is one of the reasons why I like ECF. :) I try to keep an open mind, since we are talking about hardware and personal use; that is going to change from one person to another. Much like my beloved computers. =D

Thank you! I am trying my best to find my barrings around here and with all the hardware available. :hubba: I got to check out the forum for the meets, I've heard about them but have never gone. I was thinking of trying the gummy bear . . . so many choices though! lol :vapor:

An open mind is the way to go. When I got here so many naysayers, downing the ce2. Well it was a new product and needed tweaking. silly genie pigs. Much like the vortex now (808) but now the ce2 rock thanks to GV's hard work and communications with the china cop. Most products work well I find as long as you don't sit and vape for 5 min straight. Even the tank gets hott and tasteless if hotboxed. I have a duel not impressed with it on my ego . Maybe I need my dream ProVari to do this carto justice? But yeah to each their own, why I love it here. We all have opinions and don't get shot for them.....:D

I'm glad because ECF would lose their members. :p

P.S. I believe in open minds, without them then how did you go from analogs to PV's? ;)

I love the dual coil on my epower. Now I will admit it does work better on my mod box with 2 batteries 3.7 volt 1200 mah vs 600 mah in my epower. Something to do with how much current it can pull from the battery at once. Ce2 worked ok for me but i kept slightly burnt taste with some. No problem at all from the dual - in fact I have to make myself leave it alone because I keep wanting to top it off and it doesn't need it. I am only on my 2nd one after 2 weeks and the only reason I stopped using the first one was because the tube cracked when i dropped it. I think these on the epower with the 1600 mah battery somebody posted in the epower thread would work very well indeed lol

Ok, where is my package! lol I am checking about every hour or two hoping for some updates other than "Processed through Sort Facility" and I'm not getting any. :( I know it is a USPS thing and if I wanted to know more about where it is I could have payed for faster shipping. I am just SO excited to receive my order; I think more so then with my first E-cig order. UGH! *taps nails on the keybord*

This is disappointing; I have just opened my package, I ordered a syringe and got four blunt needles instead. All five of my 808 Fluxomizers seem to be ok, but all five of the Fluxomizers I got in my Elegant kit are cracked and/or broken. My Elegant eGo's looked to be used and I am sitting here wondering how I am going to use my eGo while it's plugged into my laptop with a foot long cord. All I can use is the clear drip tips I ordered and the 510-808 adapter, but other than those complications I love the look and feel of the eGo's. Contacting customer service after dinner.
