Hello All,

I am trying my hand at making my own e-juice and could use some help.

I want to end up with a 60/40 PG/VG mix at 10mg for a night vape.

Working with DIY 99.99% pure PG, 99.7% pure VG and 48mg of Nicotine.

I used the ejuice Me Up Calculator and came up with the following. Please see attached.

Being that this is the first time I do this. I would feel better if you more knowledgeable folks would check me on this and let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Thank you in advance!

Check the OSDIY kit. She probably threw in a few pipettes. The 3ML ones have 1ml markings on them. Anway the ones I have from them do. If that is the case it will make your life much easier. I always use pipettes since with the sryinge it can be difficult to pull the juice from the bottle. Best of luck and enjoy your new found hobby!

You don't say what flavoring you're using, but 20% is higher than I'd start with. I usually try 10% on a new flavor since it's easier to add more than it is to take it back out. Also, as Liv2Ski says drops are ballpark figures, if you have small syringes that's really the way to get accurate measurements. VG especially will get thicker or thinner at different temperatures which affects drop size. If you use a syringe you can record your measurements for repeatability if you decide to mix the same recipe again.

Thanks for the kind words.
It sure does have the 3ML pipettes. They threw in some smaller ones as well. I found a really nice gift bag in the box.

Hey cskent, 10% it is. I let my buds lead me on that one. I love sweets and I am hoping vaping will do for them what it has done for smoking. But it makes sense to start low and work my way up if needed. Thanks for that and the rest of the info.

I just accidentally stumbled on this thread.
I notice that a few user's of the eJuice Me Up calculator are miss-interpreting the Flavoring PG/VG ratios.
The PG/VG boxes next to the 5 flavoring lines are suppose to be for the base ingredient of the flavor and not the desired ratio.
Example: most flavoring contains PG, so 100% is required in the PG box next to the flavor.
You may want to view the "How to" page that will explain the boxes at: eJuice Calculator - HOW TO
Also, ECF member Epsilon has created a pdf which may be more explanatory:http://ejuice.breaktru.com/ejmutut.pdf
