Sorry for your troubles. Unfortunately njoy is not known for good personal vaporizers (PV/ecig). When possible, I would suggest getting a different model. Definitely get a manual (buttom to push) instead of an auto like Njoy. Rule of Thumb: the more it looks like the real thing, the worse the performance. For a new user, I would suggest getting an "eGo". Most suppliers with sub-forums on this forum sell them and are reputable. One supplier that I know to be reputable did have a sale on "eGo's" and was including a bottle of e-liquid with every purchase. You might want to check out Awsome Vapor:

Totally agree. I don't know what your finances are like, but if there's an e-cig out there that does the trick 99.9% of the time it's the eGo (aka Riva or Tornado).

You can get everything you could possibly need for not that much money and be done with smoking for good. Hold on...

from Liberty flights, all the hardware you need:
eGo kit (2 e-cigs w/ the works) for $52: Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo
a drip tip (try it, you'll like it!) for $2: Mods - Drip Tips
a box of empty cartomizers (just to try them) for $8: Electronic Cigarette - Cartomizers - 510 Cartomizer

and from a FSUSA, 30 mL of juice in sampler sizes (you pick the flavors!) for $25: FreedomSmokeUSA

Everything you'll need to get started with e-cigs and STOP SMOKING for less than $100.
