Make sure you are shaking them up really well before filling your Nano up with the juice. They need to steep for 3 or 4 days with the caps off for best results I have found.

@KrasH, I buy from TVR all the time but never knew about steeping with the caps off. Dang, I gotta try it. Thanks man..

First thing you do when you get a new juice, take off the lid and let it rest for a few days. You will see a change in juice color usually, but not always. Once it has sat for 3 to 7 days just cap it up and give it a really good shake, until you see tiny bubbles through out the juice, then take cap and give it a good smell. It should have better aroma and be a little more complex tasting. Not every juice will benefit from long term steeping, but all will from short term. This can cut down on the chemical or artificial harshness of some flavorings as well.

If in doubt of steeping time just ask the vendor and they will tell you how long to steep their juices.

I just got a sample pack of 18 mg 50/50 e liquid. I am using a smokeless image volt with a nano to vape it. I know you have to steep the liquid but I tried to flavors and they taste like nothing. Is it because of my e cig or the e liquid isn't steeped?

Hi Adam! Steeping is huge with our juices. We recommend 3-4 days after shipping. We usually do not recommend taking the cap incase of spilling the bottle. I have not found much difference personally with extra oxidation. But, there is nothing wrong with giving it a try! It could also be that you need to switch to a new heating element if it is older. We also offer the option of Flavor Shots if you need more flavor after steeping. Flavor Shots are also recommended if you are using a higher voltage or lower resistance heating element. Hope this helps! ~Jess TVR

It really depends on the flavor additive as to whether or not it makes a difference. The more perfume like the flavor the more it seems to improve with open top steeping.

I should add that mine are done in a secure location, so no chance of spilling or my animals getting to them. That is extremely important.

As they just demonstrated good vendors will know what is best for their products. If they care, as these guys do, you will get the best feedback from them.

I have a pup at home and it is a nut house at the online processing shop so I am SUPER cautious with my juices. I left one on top of a book shelf once testing this theory at the shop, and of course our UPS man ran in the book self with a package.. ha! I never want our customers to lose money by spilling their bottles so I always say its better to be safe then be sorry. I can see if the flavor has more of a perfume essence that this method could help though!

I have not had to do it with a TVR juice yet, I just let them sit for about a week.....when I can leave them alone that long, like my triple pack of Red Drop, just cannot leave it alone! I will be enjoying my Wild Berry next week sometime. I converted an old DVD storage unit into my juice locker, so mine are pretty safe on the bottom shelf behind the heavy doors. Top shelf is half full of juice from TVR :)
