Help with E-Liquids

need advice on where to get my vapour for my new device. Would like nicotine with it as I am a heavy smoker & am reluctant to just try flavours at this early stage. I live in Perth WA. This is my first attempt at e vapour so need plenty of help as to what I need . I know nicotine is bannedjn Aust ,but know there are places I can order from ,incl overseas. Appreciate your help.
