I 've been lurking and reading her for quite a while, and though I haven't posted before, you all have been so helpful and seem like such a wonderful group of people!

I bought this eGo-t Digital Vaper - C-Tank and am having trouble figuring it out. I looked at a couple of videos and read some threads here about how to fill them, but the carts don't seem to be the same as what everyone is describing. When I take the rubber cap off the cart, the end doesn't have any kind of cover that would need to be pierced. There's just the exposed polyfil stuff. I removed it and put some liquid in the tank, but when I put it together, the polyfil immediately drops out onto the atomizer. What am I missing??

Thank you!

that sounds like a regular atomizer and cartridge not a tank atomizer

That's exactly what it sounds like. I made the same mistake, thought I was ordering a tank but actually ordered the type B atomizer and cartridge. Some of the vendors do not make things very clear.

EDIT - I should have visited the link first. What was ordered is supposed to be an Ego Tank kit. Maybe the wrong kit was shipped?

It's not the dummy cartridge and it doesn't really look like a regular cartridge. There is plenty of space to fill it below the polyfill. It looks like it's the right kit. Here's a picture. The white piece has the polyfill in it and is removable.

That is most assuredly NOT a eGo tank cart but it does look like the one pictured on the web site you linked to.

I'm guessing the cap is just a protective cover for the cart and that what you have is a cart/atty setup and not a tank system.

Soooo... I would suspect you would saturate the poly with your e-juice and just pop it into the atty without the cover and give it a try.

Of course, I could be wrong too.

eGo batteries don't have the lights and stuff on the end that the web link shows. And ego tanks don't have any filler in them. That may be an ego Mega atomizer/cartridge, or a knock off.

But I'm pretty sure that what they are selling is a knockoff, not actual ego stuff. I've never seen any place else which had ego stuff that looks like that.

I'm just guessing but what you have is a type of tank system. put the juice in the tank and then put the fiber holder on. The juice should flow slowly thru the fiber on to the atty. Same idea as used on many tank setups, fiber, wicks or other methods to keep the juice in a tank and slowly reach the atty for processing.

Pretty sure that is same set up that Kalamazoo Vapor Shop sales that is a tank type set up just not an Ego-T. It is somewhat of house brand product but looks pretty kool tho. All the original Joye Ego-T don't have light on it at other than the light on the button. Still could be a good product and if you can get to work for you than good deal and will keep you off cigarettes. Keep Vaping and Happy Vaping
