Help with first mod.

I've really been starting to want to build a mechanical box mod. My question is, where do I get a box and battery holder?? I know where to get the 510 connection and buttons and what not, but I don't know where to get the others. Any help would greatly be appreciated, as well as any tops for a first time builder! (Not new to soldering, or building circuits.) thanks in advance!

Most use Hammond boxes you can get them at quite a few vendors online just do a google search. Now deciding what battery config is going to dictate which box.

I want to use a dual 18650 setup. I'm going to use a MOSFET button and probably a 510 from fat daddy. I've never made one before, but have the knowledge and experience to do it. I will be wiring the batteries in parallel. Any suggestions on a battery holder that would work well?
