I am in the process of building my first dna30 box mod, and I have several questions. any input on any of the topics would be greatly appreciated!

1. are the 3400mah panasonic NCR quality batteries? i am planning on running two.

2. Is the hammond "1550WA - 1550WABK" waterproof project box a quality box that will fit all the required parts for the mod? (dual battery holder and dna chip)

3. recommendations for any high quality 510 connections?

4. any reccomendations for high quality metal tactile switches?

1. Should be, but I haven't checked the specs myself.
2. No, too small for the dual battery setup. May work for the single batter system though (try 1590B series)
3. FatDaddyVapes - 510 Thread Repair Inserts - Complete Set or 3
4. Mouser - 611-KSJ0M431LFT

This is only My opinion... But I really do think the box is too small. Others may know a better way to insert 2 18650 batteries into something that size, but I just can't see it.

4.39 x 2.34 x 1.06" is the 1590B series. Slight changes give you slightly different sized ones like 1590BCB being 4.409" L x 2.382" W X 1.220" H
Your selection is 3.5 x 1.38 x 1.02. 2 each 18650 batteries side by side are about 1.43 inches wide without battery connections.
