What up all (new to this site):

I have a new build but there is a gap between the mod and the atty. The Dingo comes with a 510 pole screw that normally comes with an o-ring sleeved under its head. However it didn't come that way, rather in a separate parts bag. Instructions say to remove that o-ring but again not there. Please see pics below. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! mods, please feel free to move this to the proper sub forum if you deem necessary. Thanks again.

First my new rig!

Now a few pics of the gap between :(

have you adjusted the kayfun connection pin all the way down?

Just gave it a whirl and it did tighten almost a quarter turn more but the gap is still there. I did notice that the connection pin is still slightly higher than the 510 threads still. Hopefully you can see that in the pic below. Is it supposed to be completely flush?

I have a Roller, if the Dingo top cap is the same, there is a small flathead screw inside the 510 connection. You might check that it is screwed all the way in. I kinda like having a small gap, don't want to scratch the top of the Roller screwing the Kayfun down to tight.

Your center post on the Kayfun is sticking a little further out than mine is. Mine is almost flush with the threads. Also is the 510 connection flush with the top of the Dingo? Mine is actually flush to a little below.

Yeah, I'll mess with that now. Now that I f'd with the kayfun connection pin, I'm getting some leaking. Time to take her apart. Thanks.

I just wanted to point out in case someone runs across this thread in the future... Do not ever mess with the 510 screw at the bottom of the kayfun lite. If you tighten or loosen it like I did, it un-aligns the coil screws and causes leaks and shorts. I almost blew up my battery after messing with it to get it flush. The real trick here is to tighten the screw on the roller mod as tight as it can go. Mine is still slighty raised but barely noticeable.

Would it be possible for you guys to send a pic of it in 18490/18500 mode + kayfun ? Im looking to get one of these as well but want to see how big it is completely set up. I unfortunately rushed into getting the kayfun 3.1 because nobody had the lite/lite plus around my way and didn't notice its big form factor. Also the fact that the kayfun 3.1 is a matte finish is going to make it even more complicated as Im not sure whether to go natural matter or ice matte. :( The quest for perfect vaping continues...

it's normal for the pin to stick out a little
