Help with iGo carto's

Wsup everybody! I've had problems with my igo carto's for 2 months now, and I am finally gonna post and look for advise. First off wtf? Why are these the most wishy washy little buggers ever? They all eventually just give me burnt crap taste. And by eventually I mean from 1 day to 1 week. sometimes a few hours off a brand new one and it wont produce anymore. They are definitely full, because juice will leak out of the bottom. But damn, I waste more juice than I vape always thinking these things are empty. I have 15 of them now and NONE of them work for s#^t, so I'm at wits end here. Please advise...save me ecf! Have not tried to clean any of them with any method yet, waiting for replies.

There is an Echo thread that has a few suggestions. I have the same problem.

What Kind of juice do you use? Mine is tv sweet and covers atty of carto really quick. Check out Gogo carto cleaning thread. They are the same inside as igo carto's. I have same problem as you do and just rebuild them. I take a couple short cuts. Remove filler throw away. Put cats in ultra sonic cleaner with vodka 15 minutes. Rinse with water. Dry burn. Rinse with water. Shake excess water out. Replace filler with fuval.

Also if I know there Is alot of juice in it. You can reverse tyran spin it. I use a 6 ml bottle and cut off the threading it fits perfect.

I've mostly been using pg based juice, I'll have to look at the threads later tonite to see what i can do better.

I sent this in a PM to someone this morning but will paste it here in case anyone is interested....

-pulled out the stuffing and rinsed it off in really hot water
-rinsed the carto out and threw it in the ultrasonic with vodka for cleaning solution for 10 minutes
-shook the vodka out and put the carto on the battery - held the button down for about 10 seconds several times until there was white stinky smoke coming off it and I could see the coil glowing red.
-rinsed the carto again and tossed it back in the ultrasonic for 10 more minutes
-dipped the filler in the vodka and rinsed again in really hot water - spread it out on paper towels and pressed more paper towels down to soak up all the water
-pulled the carto out of the ultrasonic, rinsed and let it all dry for an hour
-put some juice in the bottom of the carto to get the coil and wick wet
-wrapped the filler around a straw making sure the small inner filler hangs out the bottom a bit
-used the straw to ease it into the carto
-tamped down pretty hard
-filled and vaped
