First, welcome and glad you decided to ask about those coils.Well, that depends. If you use them in a dual coil setting, you would be pulling 37A for 0.1 ohm. I'm unaware of any single 18650 battery that can provide more than 30A (on a good day). So no, they're not safe to use on your mech mod.

In single coil build, 0.2 ohm would pull 18.5A. With the right battery that should be possible. However, the fact you needed to ask about building with these coils suggest you're not all that familiar with running low builds on a mech mod, and unfamiliar with Ohm's law and how to use it to figure out the above numbers. It's really good to be familiar with it, as it can save from aggravation, worry, and a long time in the ER waiting to be patched up. Here's a link to it Ohm's law

Serious, please, don't try to build stuff that will potentially blow up on you.

OP sounds like an infomercial more than a request for technical assistance.

Eh, I think the OP was providing the description the seller posted to provide the info. Maybe the OP either felt like sharing a good deal, or didn't quite know what part of the description counted in determining whether it would be OK for their mech mod. The second option probably explains the situation better.;)

Mechanical/ single 18650 tubular? No. too low imo

26650? I don't know, don't use them. I don't think so.

Unregulated dual box mod?
Parallel = 0.15 is the lowest you should go with 30A batteries I think.
If it is a series box mod = No, .3 is still the lowest you should go with a 30A imo.

I think that is right. Could somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks.

But, if you do like those high wattages and tc you may as well stick to regulated and not be forced to stress your batteries so much.

A dual-battery parallel mech would be ok. A single-battery or a dual-battery series wouldn't.

A .2Ω coil would draw 21 amps at full charge. I wouldn't use anything lower than 25 amp batteries. 30 amps would of course be better.
