Help with my battery charger

I've had my EFEST LUC S2 for a just short of a year, bought two of them because I lost my first one but then found it. Realized, that my batteries weren't charged all the way. Come to find only one side works now on both of them. Any way to fix this?

You will probably need a Philips head and solder iron. The quick fix would be to see if the contacts at the top are actually even touching the positive battery terminal. Then get in there and bend the contacts back

you could also just solder metal on to the charger connectors. Wouldnt be pretty but a lot less work

Welcome and glad you joined. Could take them both to a vape shop and ask for some suggestions.
