To fill the tank there should be a little button near the top of the tank. Push that and the top will swing on a hinge one direction or the other (I believe it goes counterclockwise but I'm not sure) and that will expose your fillports.
To change the coil you take the tank apart and unscrew the coil from the bottom piece of the tank. Screw a new one in, put the tank back together, fill it with juice and wait a couple minutes to let it wick before firing it.

Pretty high up the page you have an part-by-part view of the device and tank where the different parts are labeled. Unscrew the part that is called the base; the coil is in it. Then unscrew the coil from the base.
At the bottom of the page you will also find a step-by-step guide for refilling the tank.
If you bought the full kit both of this should be explained in the manual as well.
