Here's a picture.

Hits pretty great, but is somewhat inconsistent and seems to dry out quickly.

If you could post comparisons, top and side angles, that would be great.

I could take some pictures of mine when I'm home. What might help though is shortening the wick ends. the juice won't have to travel as far and should help wicking

It looks like your coils are a bit off centered with where the air holes would sit. Good airflow to the coil makes a big difference.

The cotton could be choked in there, those wicks swell a lot when fully broken in.

Here is mine, it is working pretty good.

The coils are positioned so the inlet holes point right at the center of them when I line up the cap correctly. I just noticed that one of the coils has a burnt spot on it, but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything. I think they are about 11 wraps each at 1/16" ID of 30 gauge kanthal for 1.2 ohms overall. Wick is cotton ball. Fully saturated, I only get 10 or so puffs before it starts drying out. This is because the wicks are a little long. If I cut them so they just barely touch the deck, I could probably get twice as much juice in but it would be more likely to slosh out of the inlet holes.

The next time you change out your wick, try dry burning the coils and use a pair of needle nose pliers or flat tipped tweezers to compress the coil after letting go of the button... Super-X has a quick video that will show you how to do that and it takes care of any hot spots the coils might have... Check it out...
