I got vape mail today that had my sigelei 20w and I also ordered an igo w since I enjoy rebuilding coils. I am building the same coil that I put in my kayfun clone. It is a 1.4-1.5 ohm coil. In the kayfun it works great but in my igo w I am not getting much vapor or flavor and the hit is so rough it makes me cough my head off. The juice I am using is 12mg nicotine in the igo. In the kayfun I'm using 18mg and it is so much smoother. Can someone give me some suggestions to make my igo more enjoyable? Any tips will be great.

Here are pictures of the air holes and the coil and wick. Maybe this will help.

Try raising the coils up off the deck some. Hold the cap up next to the deck section and note how high above the deck the holes are. Make sure the air is flowing across the coils and not above it. If the air-holes are above the coils it will make the vape harsh and reduce vapor and flavor. Also if you are using only one coil make sure to block the unused air-hole. Use your finger to test and if it helps you can always cover it with scotch tape until you feel comfortable with dual coils.

My center post keeps turning... Now my coils go in through the sides... Not the front and back... Yes, I over tightened it once but now it won't stop... Every time I tighten it enough to make a solid connection with my coils it turns sideways! Has anybody else had this problem? I gorilla glued it together and that worked for a bit but it's spinning again.
