Help with my new APV

So, I finally received my Vamo V3 from fasttech after about a month and a half of shipping time. I got my 18650's charged, my IBtanked filled and everything was ready to go. I tried turning it on...nothing. Now I knew that the Vamo's seem to have a lot of problems, so when this happened, I honestly wasnt surprised. So now, I kept trying different things to get it to work when I realized that it indeed was turning on, but the screen wasnt working. I could vape it fine, but no matter what buttons I hit, the screen would not work. Ive contacted fasttech about this, but I was hoping someone here may have an easy fix for this. Thanks a lot.
