I recently purchased a snow wolf 200 v1.5 and ive noticed when i have it set at 555F and 60 watts on temp control and i hit the fire button the screen says its hitting 184F at 1.14 v or in that range but only when i hit fire. Its a 0.16 ohm triton coil ni200 and i have 2 IMREN 40 amp 2500 mah bateries in it. Wondering if this is normal or not and hoping its my batteries as IMREN is assumed to not be the best batteries out there.

It is common for the temp to start low on a cool coil. It should ramp up the longer you hold the button down. 1.14v seems low on that coil. To make 50 watts it ought to be 2.8ish. However, that's only 17 amps so, while those batteries aren't the best, you shouldn't be stressing them too much. I wouldn't go a lot higher, though. How long are you holding the button down? How does it vape?
