Sitting down, facing forward.
Assuming you didn't get liquid down the air tube when filling, the next step is to "adjust" the battery connection on that Nano by gently lifting it up with a pointed object like a toothpick, thumb tack or something similar. It probably just needs to be raised very slightly to make contact with the battery post on the battery. You could do the same thing with the battery contact as well, but it's probably better to try with the Nano post first. I am also assuming that the Nano threaded onto the battery fully.

I'm not a Nono user but have the same problem with CE3s. I used some pinstriping tape and color coded them at first, then switched to colored mouthpieces which can't be done on the Nano. A lot of folks here use a Dymo labeler and one of these days I'll break down an buy one too. Someone else was using colored "dots" that you can get at Staples or Office Depot. The labeler is probably the best way though, removes all doubt.

So glad I found this thread :)

I also have a nano that's misbehaving. I don't think it's the battery connection though because when I draw the battery LED comes on as if the nano is doing it's thing. I'm just not getting vapor. I didn't over fill and my other nano's are fine. I'm still new at all this - I might just have to take that one apart so I can see the guts for myself.

I just had a battery stop working with Nanos, it works with cartos. (Made a post for suggestions, no reply yet.) You may have already tried this, but try your nano on a different battery and see if you still have a problem.
