Hi All,

I have been trying to get one of those no smoking counters into my signature to see more many cigs I have spared my lungs.

The problem is I can't figure out how to get it to work here.

I know the site is haqurssmokerfreecounterDOTcom
But when I try to put the url into the signature part it doesn't work.

Can someone Post detailed instructions for me to get it up. And I'm sorry for being a Noob:confused:

Thank you!

Hi Belowme :) It is a pain, isn't it?

After you make the banner, right click on the banner it made for you, click on properties, highlight & copy what it says for Location.

Come here and go to User CP, click on 'edit signature'.

Click on the icon that says "insert image' (it looks like a pic of 2 mountains and a sun)

A box will pop up, right click in the box and select paste which will paste the address location you copied from the banner site. Click OK.

That's it. Good luck!

I tried to put the quote in, didn't work cause it is limited to 3 lines, oh well, this is more important, thanks mate!

You should be able to leave your quote there too.

I added my counter then have a running total i type in manually below it.

Make sure you do the signature preview so you can see how it will all look.

I'm kinda cheating then cause I still have a few analogs left, I gave most of them away though :thumb:

I had been wondering where those banners had come from. I set one up but as tomorrow is officially my first full day of no analogs (finished my last pack today) it won't start counting until after midnight.

Just posting this to make sure it shows up LOL

You are right bro, I smoked my Last and I mean LAST analog about an hour ago while walking my dog, this has to stop now! no more temptations!
Good for you. I've tried to quit many times in the past. I've used the patch, gum, pills, cold turkey, everything. The e-cigs are the only thing that has actually worked for me. I don't miss the analogs a bit.
