Help with order

Hey I've tried emailing and contacting vapesourcing about my order and it has been over a month and the item is in stock online and says it will ship within 48 hours! It's even 50% of right now too! I can't get them to track my order. I can't get a refund from them. They won't respond and when they did 12 days ago they said they will ship it to me in 5-7 days. Never got another email with a tracking number. So I knits they didn't send it. This is very unsatisfactory from what I thought was a great supplier. Is there anybody that can help me?

Hi friend, got it, it as the TFV12 coils out of stock for so long time and the manufacturer just start to ship V12 and Q4 coils, please check with service@vapesourcing.com whether we can ship you the TFV12- Gold atomizer first. Sorry for bringing you the inconvenience.
