help with ordering tv with a doubler

so i would like to order the tastyfinger with a 2oz doubler but i am getting confused about what pg/vg percentage to buy them at.
i will order the 48mg bottle so i know if i use half that and half doubler i'll have 24mg juice, but what percentage of vg/pg do i order of each bottle to end up with a 70% pg and 30% vg mix

48mg can only be ordered with 10% VG so, if you order your doubler with 30% you'll get 20%

10% e-liquid + 50% doubler will give you 30% VG on the mix.

Not if you're mixing them 50/50, like the OP is doing. Doubler with 40% VG mixed 50/50 with 10% VG liquid will give 30% VG final mix, if I'm not mistaken.

OP's not mixing half of the e-liquid with half of the doubler (1/2 ounce with 1 ounce). Going for 24mg so the mixture will be 50% of each (and there will be 1 ounce of doubler left over.)

1 ounce of e-liquid at 48mg +
1 ounce of doubler at 0 mg =
2 ounces at 24mg

1 ounce of e-liquid at 10% VG +
1 ounce of doubler at 50% VG =
2 ounces at 30% VG

see thats the thing i'll have to mix them in 10 or 15 ml bottles so is that any different?

Seems like Scubadans calc would be perfect for this and no need for any more bottles than one to make your mix in my opinion beside the ones your pouring out of.

50% is 50%, regardless of bottle size.

Measure your bottle and mark the center point, or cut a piece of label tape the same length as the height of your bottle, fold it in half, mark the center, and stick it on there. Split the difference in the bulge on the bottom of the bottle.

It's not going to be exactly exact unless you bring it to a scientific lab for mixing. If you count drops, slightly different size holes in the drip tips will result in slightly different size drops. If you bake a cake and the recipe calls for "2 large eggs" you will end up with a different amount of egg each time you bake it, but the cake always tastes the same.

It will be close enough.

I usually go for the ruler method myself. Just make sure you leave enough room for the drip tip to go back into the little bottle after you fill it and that there's a little room so you can shake your mixture to blend the doubler and the e-liquid. (Basically if you fill the bottle to the neck but not above, that will be good.)


ETA: And don't forget to shake each of the big bottles before adding its liquid.
