Ok so I did all kinds of research here in the forums and a couple of others before I quit analogs. I ordered a Provari and a MAP tank figuring it would be the best thing to get me to stop. I also ordered some of the 3.0 ohm ce2 xls to cut for the tank because I couldn't find the lower resistance ones anywhere. The MAP was supposed to be 3.2 ohms but it comes out to 2.7-2.8 on the provari. I pulled the one that came with the tank so I could figure out to cut my own. I put one of my own in the tank after cleaning it, cutting the wick, burning the wicks, and a short dry burn. The flavor sucks at almost every voltage. so I drained the tank and put the 2.7 in and it vaped/tasted awesome at about 3.9v for me. Are the 3.0 ohm ones bad for the provari? Anyone else experience this?

I've tried this map tank thing for two days now. It vapes like a monster, has ok flavor on three of my juices but now im getting a strange sensation like i just gargled with peroxide. I guess it's what you could call cotton mouth even though iv'e never experienced it before in my life.

That can happen your probably hitting hot.Make sure you clean the ce2 about 1-2 tanks of use.I use my tank and drip alternate between the2.Seems with the ce2's that can happen thats one reason i don't use it all the time.I also expierenced that more often when i was newer to vapping not no more.

So finally what I am gathering, the Provari was a good choice but the MAP tank wasn't so good for me. I should find good Cartomizers like the Boge you suggested and the attys Speedemon suggested. That sucks. With my line of work I cant be carrying a lot of stuff around. I was looking for a good 12-16 hour vape system with the least amount of parts and maintenance for daily use. I can probably drip off duty but how often do the cartomizers last under moderate vaping before refill?

Well, you figure you got a ml in it to begin with, and then figure out how many ml you vape in a day...I have a ml in mine, and I vape about 4ml a day. So, I would need the one carto and a 3ml bottle of juice if I were to be out ALL day. It's not much to carry really. :) I think how long the carto lasts between filling depends a lot on how you vape it and at at what voltage...you'll have to do a test and see. :)

OH! Also, nhaler just put up these 3.5ml cartos that are internally set up very similar to the Boges....I would start there if I were you, it may be the answer you're looking for. Jumbo 3.5ml 510 carto...2.3 to 2.5ohms...vape it at 4.2v for a good long while I'm sure. :) I just found out about these things today.
