Can someone advise me as to which atty or carto I need for a reo grand? I am not into rebuilding. would link a coil type system that I can just replace the coil. is this possible?????????
To my knowledge and I could be wrong because I am not very familiar with the earlier versions of toppers for the Reo's but they all require rebuilding. There's no "plug and play" coil systems available for them.

Negative. I used plain old Boge 510 cartos for 3 years before moving to rebuildables. You can use any standard 510 atty or carto. You can also use many different bottom fed RBAs from several different companies. Go to the REO forum page and read the hundreds of threads on this topic and ask lots of questions. They are a friendly bunch that will get you sorted out and on the right track.

Like I said I am not familiar with the older types of toppers, thanks for clearing that up for the OP. And I frequent the Reo subs quite often but most all the talk is about rba's which require rebuilding.

Back when the REO came out, your only options were the cartos and attys. Now that RBAs are available, everyone has moved on to better attachments. Cartos were like the original Playstation and RBAs are like a PS4. Worlds of difference performance wise. But I get what you are saying. I think most of us that used the cartos have tried to remove them from memory.
