I have a reo mini 2, and was sent a remoizer 2. I have the reomizer set up and it fires on everything but the reo, it is not making contact with the center pen from what I am seeing. I have been trying to bring the center pen up some but doesn't seem to be working.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like the RM2 might be a LP. Is that a Mini 2.0 or 2.1?

I can't post pics as my camera on my phone sucks. it is fitting into the connector just not making contact with the center pen. going off what is pictured above the rm 2 I have is for lp's

You see brass on the bottom with the standard RM2. It is milled to fit a standard/not LP REO. They will screw down some but not enough to make contact.

Yeah if you have a old reo that does not have a low profile catch cup then it won't work.

One would have to send the mod in for rob to grind the catch cut down or if one is good they could take a file and file the catch cup down in height to fit the atty.

Robert could also mill the RM2 to fit the Mini 2.

I did my Grand with a benchtop disk sander, if I didnt have that I would have clamped the belt sander to the bench, if I didnt have that a vice and file or maybe the chop saw with its carbide blade I think would have done it,however its done Id check after every pass and I put cotton in the 510

:) all I had was a large flat metal file.. took my time and taped it up before and marked a line on all sides to not go too low. When I got close I tested it every once in a while so I wouldn't go father then needed. Sanded it up with 1000/2000 grit metal sand paper to make it look nice.. was a tumbled raw mod so it looked fine.
