Help with rewards points status..

What exactly are "qualified" points and how do they differ from "other" points?

Reason I ask is that I am not given the option to apply my existing point balance at checkout and it says I don't have any "qualified" points.

Can earned points only be applied to specific items and/or purchases?

Any help appreciated.

thanks jboze, I'm glad I noticed this thread before grabbing a bite to eat.

firhill, I can see why it's confusing - looking at the comment about the missing bottles and then seeing it say "no qualified points" I bet it doesn't help instil any confidence in us.

What it looks like is that at some stage the points were attached to an interim order that wasn't completed through the PayPal checkout. We call them abandoned orders.

When the abandoned order was removed, the points didn't transfer back to your account automatically.

I've managed to correct this now, so you should be good to go but sing out if there are any more problems :)
