Can anyone give me opinions on the best setup for the Vamo v5? I finally upgraded but the clearo's the sent with the vamo are terrible. I have been looking at the pyrex aro tank? any suggestions?

I'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions. That Kanger Aerotank is a nice one, should serve you well. I currently have a couple of Pt II tanks with the Aerotank base and they work great!!
Hi Cindy. I have an Aro tank, but it's my least favorite of the ones I have. My top choice has been my Protank 2. It gets mixed reviews, but I've had no issues with mine since I got it last August. I also like the Protank mini. My 3rd choice (close to 2nd choice really) is the baby brother to the Aro tank, the Aro 2.
All of these are Pyrex, the Aro tanks are covered in steel, pyrex on the inside. The bigger Aro tank, for me, hits too light and gets way too gurgly.
You'll get several suggestions on top of these, but these are my experience. Good luck!

the pyrex aro is good, but sounds like it's kind of hard to find.
for other pyrex bottom coil tanks there are the Aspire tanks.
the lastest innovations are the
Kanger aerotank
and
Aspire nautilaus.
both designed with improved airflow control
But I recommend the miniprotan2 because of the eGo thread.
The Aro 2 tanks are the best tanks I have for my ego. I have not tried them on my mech though.

PT mini base for about $2.50 and use it on the ProTank 2 instead of the ProTank base. That will solve air flow problems.

Finally don't buy any clones of the PT's. They have given the Protanks a bad name.

Anything is better than the smok ARO 3.0ml pyrex I bought.
Mostly, my SID or Vamo is running along nicely with an iClear30S on top.
When I get bored or need a mega-vape, then the RBAs come out. (Rebuildable = Kayfun, Taifun, Drippers...)

Try a few different ones. Good start as said is the PT2. I like the Iclear 30s as well.
