Background- I've been a 808 / carto vaper for 2 months (no 510 experience, and a small amount of 901 atty use)
I received samples of the Smart carts along with an atty. I do not have any specs on the atty.
I filled the smart cart up, attached to atty (following the video 'how to'). The atty fires / sizzles like this will be the best vapor and taste in the world.
But, very very very little vapor, even less flavor.
I dripped onto the atty to get is 'started'- no improvement with the SC.
I've taken 10-15 vapes, no change, BUT my juice is disappearing!

I tried to drip and vape on the atty only a minor improvement of vapor / taste.
Tried a second atty- same results with and without the smart cart.

ecig is a (new) e-power, which is working great with 510 cartos.

Long shot but you sure you have the inner part of the smart cart lined up properly? The website has this to say: "Note: You must align the tank so that the groves on the side of the tank are NOT lined up with the viewing window on the sides of the black outer tank cover. Otherwise you will NOT get airflow! "

I think they are a neat idea but why not just make an entire cart transparent?

In the process, you may have flooded the atty? Try blowing out the extra juice and see if it will hit without the smart cart.

I'm not sure I see an advantage to these- especially since I started using the dual coil- which hold more juice, are more easily topped off, and produce vapor and taste like nothing else. I just thought I'd give the free samples a fair trial.

But to your question, yes- I do have the slots / windows aligned: actually it almost seems too airy.
I blew out the atty (a drop or so came out) and retried.... initially I got that that 'burnt' taste.. but then much better vapor, but still a bit of burnt taste.

Sounds like it may well be a flooded atty. Try hitting the button a good second or two before starting your pull to preheat a little. Also try to lengthen your pull to six seconds or so. Some of my juices tend to caramelize a little worse than others and combine that with a flooded atty makes for low vapor. I can usually power on through with my e-power or ego either one. I use a 2.5 ohm atty. Keep experimenting. There's always something that works lol. :vapor:

Well, still trying to make these smartcarts work.
I found out the 510 attys are 2.5 . The strange thing is I tried to use the attys alone by dripping and very very little vapor or flavor.
I had an older 901 atty and put the smart cart on it, and it works!!! (I still like the dual coils better (hold more, more flavor and taste).

But- what can be done with these two new attys I can't seem to get working.
(A sacrifice to the vaping gods, what....!?)

I tried smart carts when they first came out. They seemed to work ok for me, but, i found them extremely hard to fill and they didn't hold that much more than a standard cart anyway. Moved on to other, better, technologies. Now using Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers and am completely satisfied.................for now.
