help with smok al85

I just bought a smok al85 It will not fire if the screen is locked
it will if the screen unlocked but not when it is locked!
HELP!

It's not supposed to fire in the "lock mode" if that's what you mean.
I have the al85 too. Lock it and it doesn't fire. That's how it works.
It's a safety feature.

Hi and welcome! If it fires when unlocked you should just use it unlocked. It's not a flaw but a safety feature, so if you throw it in your pocket you can lock it so it doesn't accidentally fire, and unlock it when you have it in hand to use.

To unlock, click fire button 5x fast. Other than that, don't know what the real question is?

Oh, a shortcut for lock/unlock is hold the up/down button simultaneously. Just faster for my own use.
